Women in Management (WIM) has decided to host their Top 50 Professional and Career Women Conference 2019 in Sri Lanka next month.

The annual conference is set to be held at Galle Face Hotel in Colombo on 25 July 2019. The conference under the banner of “Being a Corporate Athlete at Work” is scheduled to have panels of experts from various fields addressing nine different topics.

The Chairperson of One Online, Minha Faiz Rashaad is set to take part in the conference on the panel on “Getting Along with Men at the Workplace” where the Chairperson of the panel would be the Assistant Vice President of the National Trust Bank of Sri Lanka, Athisa Pinnaduwa.

Women in Management is an international organization working for the empowerment of women. Their Maldivian chapter was launched in 2017, and since then they have held various activities for their cause.
