Minister of Youth, Sports and Community Empowerment, Ahmed Mahloof has said that the ministry has decided to develop the surf points at five islands.
In a tweet sent out today, Minister Mahloof said that the surf points will be developed in Noonu Atoll Holhi, Meemu Atoll Muli, Laamu Atoll Maabaidhoo, Gaafu Dhaalu Vaadhoo, Gaafu Dhaalu Gahdhoo and Fuvahmulah City.
The Youth Minister said that the development will be in cooperation with the Maldives Surfing Association.
