HRCM has sent their report regarding the disappearance of journalist Ahmed Rilwan to the parliament.

According to a statement issued by HRCM, the report contains all of their findings regarding Rilwan's case. This includes information obtained through meetings with the PG office as well as observations about the police investigation into the case.

The statement added that discussions about these findings as well as the court verdict were held with the PG office and the Police.

The disappearance of Rilwan is currently being investigated by the Presidential Commission on enforced disappearances and deaths.

Rilwan was reported as missing in August of 2018. Since then, the search for him has continued to no avail.
