Bank of Maldives (BML) has opened a new ATM center in Male’ City at Maafannu Star Cloud, the former Star Cinema building. L

Located in a prime location in the City, the bank said that the Star ATM Center will provide accessible and convenient banking for personal and business customers in the area.

The new ATM center will operate 24-hours a day and houses 3 state-of-the-art multi-functional ATMs which allow customers to deposit and withdraw cash, deposit cheques, make payments and transfer money.

In a statement issued by BML, the CEO and Managing Director of the bank, Tim Sawyer said that the new Self-Service Banking center is a part of ongoing investment to expand their network.

“As an alternative to visiting branches for basic banking services, the new Center will allow customers the flexibility to bank at their convenience. Last week, we announced plans to establish ATM centers in four islands as part of our support to local communities and we look forward to adding to this over the next few weeks.” Sawyer said.

With a nationwide network of 38 branches across all 20 atolls, BML has 56 Self-Service Banking Centers, 119 ATMs, 277 agents and a full suite of Digital Banking services.
