After another 65 people recovered from COVID-19, the total recoveries in the country has reached 9,654.

Health Protection Agency (HPA) said that from 6 p.m. yesterday to 6 p.m. today, 65 people under treatment for COVID-19 have recovered.

In the same time frame, 66 people have tested positive including 54 locals and 12 foreigners. And so, the total number of COVID-19 cases have risen to 10,808.

Statistics show that there are 369 people in treatment at isolation facilities while 74 people are being treated at hospitals.

So far, there have been 34 COVID-related fatalities in the Maldives that includes 28 locals, five Bangladeshi nationals and a Philippine national.
