The year’s first lunar eclipse is said to take place with a blood moon.
Meteorological predictions indicate that tomorrow night's eclipse will be a total eclipse.
Speaking to One Online, an official of the Maldives Meteorological Service (MMS) said that it is not possible to see the total lunar eclipse taking place tomorrow. The eclipse will reportedly be only visible in North and South America.
The last total lunar eclipse visible to Maldives took place on 27 July 2018. The eclipse was very clearly visible.
The next total lunar eclipses this year are predicted to be around 19 February as well as 21 March.
