Top of the LGA Security Index to Dhaalu Atoll Council and Dhiffushi Council

Dhaalu Atoll Council and Kaafu Atoll Dhiffushi Island Council has won the Maadhaaara Memorial Shield Presented by the Local Government Authority (LGA).

It is an award presented to the Councils that scores high in the Security section of the Performance Index. And so, the top Atoll Council in the Security Index was Dhaalu Atoll Council while Dhiffushi Island Council was on the top in the Island Council category.

President of the Dhiffushi Island Council, Ibrahim Azeem told One Online that it was the hard work of many people that took the Island Council to the top of the Security Index.

Assistant Director of the Dhaalu Atoll Council, Moosa Hussain also spoke to One Online stating that the current term so numerous work to the benefit of the people.
