The "Maldives with Palestine" Facebook group formed by the Maldivian youth to condemn the Israeli attacks on Palestine has been removed from Facebook.

When Facebook removed the group, it had close to 50,000 people in the group.

The group contained images and videos of the events in solidarity with Palestine.

People and pages voicing against Israel are being removed and banned from social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter.
