Local telecommunications giant, Dhiraagu, has decided to suspend some of their services for four days to do a system upgrade.
Dhiraagu said that they would be suspending some services to upgrade their B Support System from 31 January to 3 February. The company said that calls, SMS text messaging and data services would not be interrupted during the process however, bill payment systems would be down during this period.
From 00:00 hrs of 31 January to 23:59 of 1 February, services from customer care, Dhiraagu mobile app, Mamen mobile app and self-care channels.would be unavailable according to Dhiraagu.
And prepaid Reload and recharge services would be down from 00:00 to 23:59 of 1 February.
Dhiraagu has released a statement apologizing to their customers for any inconvenience in the duration of the upgrade and assured that such upgrades are crucial to the quality of service provided to their customers.
