Ministry of Finance and Treasury has ordered the state institutes to present an estimated baseline budget for the next three years.

A circular issued by the Finance Ministry stated that the baseline budgets for the next three years have to be submitted before 12 August 2021.

The budgets have to be prepared in such a way that does not exceed the budget ceiling set by the Finance Ministry.

The circular also stated that starting from next year, budgets would be allocated for programs and the structure of the programs are being discussed with the institutes.

While an baseline estimate for the budgets have been requested by the ministry, the prepared budgets have to be presented in the SAP, BPC module.
