Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdulla Shahid has said that no Maldivians living in New Zealand were killed or injured in the Christchurch mosque attack.
Foreign Minister made the announcement on Twitter and said that his thoughts and prayers are with the victims and loved ones of those who have been killed and injured.
Minister Shahid condemned acts of terrorism against innocent people in strongest terms.

Minister Shahid condemned acts of terrorism against innocent people in strongest terms.
Following the terrorist attack earlier today, President Ibrahim Mohamed Solih along with the former Presidents Mohamed Nasheed and Maumoon Abdul Gayoom sent their condolences to the families and friends of the victims.
Reports say that over 40 people were killed in the Christchurch mosque attack.
