Bank of Maldives (BML) has begun bringing updates to its mobile app and internet banking, introducing key changes to 'Aaya' to provide added convenience for customers applying for banking services.
BML stated today that with this update, customers will receive quick solutions to their queries and needs through 'Aaya', bringing increased speed and ease when applying for banking services. Additionally, customers will also have the opportunity to seek assistance from a bank employee through 'Aaya' if needed.
BML said this is an important effort undertaken to ensure customers receive necessary assistance.
BML also stated that with this change, applying for banking services through the messaging feature previously used by customers on the mobile banking app and internet banking will be discontinued.
BML noted that this is an important step taken as part of the bank's continuous efforts to further enhance its digital banking services and provide convenient and reliable services to customers.
