Kings Basketball Club claimed the Maldives Basketball Association (MBA) Cup title after defeating T-Rex 60-57 in a closely contested men's final.

The final was played at the Indoor Court of the Social Centre on Thursday night. Despite T-Rex finishing as runners-up, Ismail Wildhan Yoosuf was named the Most Valuable Player (MVP) of the final.

A total of 23 teams competed in this year's men's division. Zaidhan Athif Shukoor was named the tournament's overall MVP.

The men's division Best Five included Mohamed Naaf Irushaan, Ismail Wildhan Yoosuf, Ahmed Laail Shifaan, Mohamed Ashmal Ahmed and Mohamed Aik Wajeeh.

In the women's division, Queens Basketball Club secured the championship with an 88-58 victory over Mystics Basketball Club in the final. Aishath Inasha of Queens was named the final's MVP.

The women's division Best Five comprised Raifa Ibrahim, Mariyam Kyleen Shiruhan, Mariyam Malak Mohamed Sifaan, Aishath Inasha and Aishath Raai Hamza, while Fathimath Shailan Afzal was named the tournament's overall MVP.
