A fire broke out in an apartment at STO Tower B in Hulhumalé Phase II on Saturday.

Police said they received a report of the incident in the evening.

The fire is believed to have started in an exhaust unit inside the apartment.

The fire has since been extinguished, and police confirmed that no injuries were reported.
