Fahi Dhiriulhun Corporation (FDC) has instructed residents of Amaan Towers to resolve issues concerning water leakage from air conditioning (AC) outdoor unit drain pipes.

In an announcement released today, FDC stated that because AC outdoor unit drain pipes in Amaan Towers were not connected to designated drainage lines, water has been spilling into utility shaft areas, causing damage to the buildings and neighboring apartments.

FDC urged all apartment owners and residents to inspect their units and ensure their AC drain pipes are properly connected to prevent leaks.

The corporation has set a deadline to resolve the issue before the 12th of next month.

FDC warned that strict action under established regulations will be taken against those who fail to rectify the matter within the stipulated timeframe.
